1、組織售前（接到正式客戶訂單與生產(chǎn)合同前）技術(shù)支持工作，包括與客戶進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)交流，方案制定，技術(shù)協(xié)議審核確定等等，并制定對(duì)應(yīng)標(biāo)； The organization before (before receiving customer orders and production contract) technical support work, including remote or on-site technical communication with customers, plan formulation, technical agreement review, etc., and formulate the corresponding standard； 

2、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)常規(guī)項(xiàng)目詢價(jià)提供技術(shù)方案，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置圖，產(chǎn)品外形圖； Responsible for providing technical proposal, site layout and product outline for regular project inquiry;                                                                                                                        3、對(duì)項(xiàng)目方案及圖紙進(jìn)行整理歸檔，改進(jìn)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化； Filing, improving and standardizing project plans and drawings;   

4、審核技術(shù)協(xié)議，并對(duì)產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目部進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目前期的技術(shù)交底工作； Review the technical agreement, and carry out the technical disclosure work for the product project department in the early stage;                                                                  5、根據(jù)公司或部門(mén)安排，承擔(dān)客戶的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作； Responsible for the technical training of users according to company or department arrangement; 

6、對(duì)于特殊應(yīng)用需要定制新產(chǎn)品的，將工作轉(zhuǎn)移給機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)工程師，并由機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)組進(jìn)行跟蹤管理； Need to customize new products for special applications, will be transferred to the mechanical design engineer and mechanical team will be responsible for tracking；

7, 參與客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝和PICO活動(dòng)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并提出解決方案 Participate in on-site installation and PICO activities, identify issues and propose solutions. 

8、服從工作安排，完成上級(jí)交辦的其他事務(wù)。 Obey the work arrangement, to complete other jobs assigned by line manager.                  

入職要求：

1、本科以上學(xué)歷； Bachelor Degree above; 

2、理工科背景優(yōu)先 Engineering background is preferred. 

3、5年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2年以上同崗管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 5 years or above related working experience, 2 years working experience in management. 

4、熟悉產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程；熟悉產(chǎn)品的原理、結(jié)構(gòu)、關(guān)鍵元器件和材料、參數(shù)和性能要求 Be familiar with product development process; Familiar with the principle, structure, key components and materials, parameters and performance requirements of the product. 

5、英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)熟練 Good command of English both in written and spoken 

6、能夠熟練操作CAD、solid works、UG等作圖軟件和辦公軟件EXCEL WORKD等 Proficient in CAD, solid works, UG and other drawing software and office software EXCEL WORKD, etc.
